Alba-Aljama was founded as a family business in 1968, in a small workshop in Sabadell. Thanks to the effort and vision of its founding partners, the company quickly grew, expanding its workforce and moving in 1992 to Castellar del Vallès, where a new phase began with the generational handover.
Since then, Alba-Aljama has modernized its facilities, evolved its production processes, and adapted to market changes with agility and effectiveness.
Today, more than 70% of our production focuses on the automotive sector, particularly in the initial phases: design and manufacturing of technical prototypes in zamak and aluminum.

At Alba-Aljama, we have more than 1000 m² of production space distributed across 3 warehouses, equipped with everything needed to respond with agility, precision, and reliability.
We have automatic chemical sand mixers, electric and gas furnaces with capacities up to 800Kg, recovery machinery, shot blasting equipment, and post-casting processes, as well as specialized tools for large-volume castings.
Our casting capacity reaches up to 15 tons in Zamak and 2 tons in Aluminum, allowing us to adapt to demanding projects, both in weight and complexity.
